Great work on roof replacement
Description of Project Completed (i.e. Kitchen Remodel, Concrete work, etc.): Complete shingle roof replacement of 3300 sqft house
Balter Builders did a great job replacing the roof of my property in Orlando. Even though I live in the west coast, it was very easy to communicate with Brian, and he kept me informed at each stage of the project. Brian is very knowledgable and strives to provide excellent service; for example he informed me about extra insurance discounts I can get on my roof, and recommended the most worthwhile shingles to install. I would definitely work with Balter Builders on future projects.

Brian and his team at Balter Builders are beyond professional, and a team you can trust. Great work on rehab project

Balter Builder's did a great job on our recent rehab project in Orlando. This was a single family home and the team was hired to perform drywall repair/install, flooring, painting, other repairs. They kept us informed the entire time and progress was completed per schedule. We are happy to use them again on future projects.
